Specialised corporate AI training, delivered by AI systems · Singapore

The AI colleague your company builds, and keeps

Your own staff build and run one useful AI colleague on your real paperwork, across three levels. Online, at their own pace, 72 hours in total.

OwnYourAI is corporate AI training for Singapore companies. The courses are carefully designed by an ACTA-certified trainer (the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment, the adult-educator qualification SSG's terms name), and the training itself is delivered by AI systems that work with each staff member at their desk - companies, not consumers: no public, student or individual courses. We train staff you already employ to build and run the company's own AI colleague on the company's own workflows - quotations, case files, reports, follow-ups. Three levels, 72 hours, own pace.

A short, free online assessment first, so we quote for work you actually need.

How it is taught

The training is delivered by AI systems

Your own staff, your own paperwork. The AI system takes each person through the sessions at their desk and at their own pace - nobody has to take a week out for a room full of other companies' examples.

That is the difference between this and a classroom day or a courseware licence. The AI system runs the teaching, and the staff member's own result is the proof: a working AI colleague built on your real work, the written policy that says where it may and may not be used, and the record of how it was built. Companies only - we do not teach consumers, students or individuals, and we do not put another provider's material under our name.

The human part is not an afterthought. Every course is carefully designed by an ACTA-certified trainer - the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), the adult-educator qualification SSG's own terms name - and every session was written, tested and rewritten by hand before it went near a client: the exercise, the deliberately wrong answer we plant, and the checklist your staff are marked against. The trainer who holds that qualification sits in on the scheduled live touchpoints, checks the work, and marks each assessment under their own name; that name goes on the learner's record, which is the first thing a funding officer or an auditor asks to see. See exactly what a course record holds, and who writes each line.

It also means we can tell you plainly which of your jobs is worth automating and which is not. If what you need turns out to be general IT training, or a system you already own, we will say so at the assessment rather than sell you a level you do not need.

The problem

Skilled people are spending their day retyping what the company already knows

In most companies under 50 staff there is no IT team. The work lands on the people who already have a full job.

Someone keys the same client details into a form, a spreadsheet and a report. Someone writes the same follow-up email for the fifth time this week. Someone hunts through folders for a document they know exists. Nobody is doing anything wrong - the company has simply grown faster than its paperwork.

Then AI arrives, and the first thing that happens is usually the riskiest: staff paste client details and case notes into a free public tool, because it is the only AI they have been given. That is the moment a director starts worrying, and rightly.

Hiring an IT person does not fix this. It puts the knowledge in one salary that can resign. What fixes it is teaching the people who already hold the work how to hand the repetitive part to a machine they control, safely, and keeping the record of how it was built.

What changes

Three things your company has at the end

The result

The repetitive work leaves your team's desks

The quoting, the follow-ups, the first draft of the report, the file that has to be found and summarised - one of those stops being a person's job, and the time goes back to billable work.

The result

You own the asset, not a subscription to it

The colleague your staff build sits on your own workflows and your own documents. If you stop working with us, it still runs, because your people built it and can maintain it.

The result

There is a written answer to the awkward question

What may our staff put into AI, what may they never put in, and who checks it? By the end of Level 1 that is a written company policy, not a shrug - which is the part auditors ask about.

No case study is quoted here because we will not publish a client's name or numbers without their written permission. Ask on the assessment call and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot show you.

Choose your path

The three levels

A ladder, not three separate products. Most companies start at Level 1 and decide about the next level only after they have seen the first one land.

16 hours · 4 modules

L1 — Get Your Company AI-Ready

Your team learns what AI actually is — where the models came from, what a harness does, and how AI is plugged into software through an API — then every person builds and runs their own personal AI companion on one real job of theirs. The company ends Level 1 with a written AI use policy, its first working workflows, and a companion each person keeps using.

L2 — Build Your Company's Own AI System

Your team picks one of five systems — HR, Operations, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, or Customer Service — and builds it fully: customised on the company's own data and documents, with retrieval, guardrails, evaluation and a named owner. One system, built to run and maintained. Not five half-built.

L3 — A Customised Project — Build, Monitor, Grow

One customised project, chosen with the company's own numbers. Your team builds it, learns to monitor and maintain it, keeps the evidence that stands up to a question, and takes it commercial: a second revenue stream, clients served overseas, and margin back in the price.

What Level 1 is actually sold as

We sell a result, not hours of video. This is the whole promise, in four lines.

The result
Every learner finishes Level 1 able to use AI safely on real company work, with a first workflow running and a written company AI use policy signed off.
How it is measured
We measure it per learner: the workflow they built, run by them on real work, plus the signed policy. Not attendance, not a multiple-choice test.
When it lands
Within the agreed number of weeks from enrolment, at your team's own pace, with the touchpoints scheduled up front.
If it does not land
If a learner has not produced the workflow and the policy, they stay on the course at no extra cost until they have, or you do not pay for that seat. Whichever you prefer - that seems fair on both sides. A learner who did not take part is a reschedule rather than a refund; the conditions are written out on our promise page.

We will not quote you a subsidy we cannot stand behind

Our own course funding application status is pending. Our courses are written to the SSG funding requirements as published. Course funding application status: pending. Until that changes we do not claim, promise or imply any subsidy, and what it costs comes to you in a free quotation for the seats you need, and nothing is charged before you approve it.

What we can do is show you the grants that exist for your company, tell you which ones are approved today, and be straight about the ones that are not.

Questions directors ask

The short answers

Who actually writes the courses?
Every course is carefully designed by an ACTA-certified trainer - the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). The AI delivers the sessions and a certified trainer sits in on the scheduled live touchpoints, marks the assessment under their own name, and that name goes on the learner's record.
Why not just hire an IT person instead?
A hire costs a salary, and the knowledge leaves with them. This builds the capability into people already on your payroll, on the work they already do, and the thing they build stays with the company.
How much does it cost?
We quote the work, and we confirm it at the build assessment, because seats and starting level decide the work. Ask us for a free quotation, and the first step — the AI Readiness Report — is free.
Will our staff actually finish an online course?
That is the fair question, and the honest answer is that most online courses are not finished. Ours are built around the learner's own work, which is why they come back, and every level has scheduled online touchpoints so nobody is quietly stuck.
Is our company data safe?
Level 1 writes the rules for what may and may not be put into AI, and Levels 2 and 3 build with those rules in place. We do not ask you to hand us your client data to run the course.
What if our team is not technical at all?
That is who it is built for. If your staff can follow a process and use a spreadsheet, they can do this.
Can we run this for only some of the team?
Yes. Most companies start with the people closest to the repetitive work. The assessment is where we agree who starts and why.

Passing this to your director or HR lead?

Most people who read this page are not the person who approves the training budget. Here is the short version, written to be forwarded.

Three levels, 72 hours, online at your staff's own pace, with a scheduled online touchpoint inside every level. The company keeps what the team builds: the colleague itself, the written AI use policy, and the record of how it was built. There is no software or platform subscription to buy.

If the decision is not yours alone, put the build assessment in front of whoever signs off. It is a short online conversation, it costs nothing to have, and it ends with a written starting point rather than a pitch.

No account, no form and no mailing list - the link is the whole thing.
